myMDnotes is a client-side application. Your documents never leave your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your content.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your Markdown documents or any content you upload
• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Analytics or tracking data
• Cookies for advertising purposes
• IP addresses or geolocation data

Local Storage

myMDnotes uses your browser's localStorage to persist your last-opened document and editor settings. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser's settings.

Shareable URLs

When you share a document via URL, the content is encoded in the URL fragment (the part after the # symbol). This means the content is only accessible to whoever has the link — it is never sent to our servers.

Hosting

myMDnotes is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps). Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details about their data handling practices.
